Max Preamble: Preamble Retrans Max, maximum number of preambles in one preamble ramping cycle. Preamble Offset: Power Ramp Step, power increase between consecutive preambles (dB). Tx Power: Preamble_Initial_Power, transmit power of first RACH preamble (dBm). Message Length: This attribute gives the RACH message length. The unit is milliseconds. Max Tx Power: Maximum allowed transmit power of RACH preamble (as well as overall; dBm). AICH Status: Acknowledgement of RACH preamble sent on Acquisition Indicator Channel (AICH).
